  • 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 block firm tofu (sliced into triangles, no need to press it)
  • 3 shallots (small, quartered)
  • 6 shiitake (caps, sliced thinly)
  • broccoli florets (handful or so of)
  • 1/3 cup raw cashews
  • sesame seeds
  • noodles (or rice)
