- 1 tsp. Spice Islands Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands Oregano
- 1/4 tsp. Spice Islands Thyme
- 1/4 tsp. Spice Islands Fine Grind Black Pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Spice Islands® Cayenne Pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 lb. salmon fillets
- 2 tsp. corn oil (Canadian)
- 2 cups grapefruit (19.5 ounce jar)
- 1/3 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 jalapeno pepper

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Combine paprika, onion and garlic powder, salt, oregano, thyme, black pepper, cayenne pepper and brown sugar in a small bowl.
- Cut salmon into 4 portions and brush with oil.

i didn'tmake the gralefruit salsa but the salmon was great. I added a more seasinings and brown sugar than suggested. Will make it again
