Was very tasty, I just cooked the chicken in my iron skillet and did not put in the oven. Served over sticky rice. Will certainly make it again, so easy.

Excellent!! Sirracha is the key. depending on how much chicken your making. You dont want it to overpower the bbg sauce. I also used an airfryer. Very Simple Meal.

The key to this recipe is getting the sear on the chicken so that it’s browned before you put in oven. Make sure the chicken is dry before you season and put in skillet. Make sure your skillet is nice and hot before the chicken goes in. If you’re using a cast iron skillet you can just place the skillet directly in the oven after searing. The sauce is delicious and not too spicy for kids!

Turned out well. Although we didn't use the Sriracha because it probably was a little bit too spicy for our tastes.

Family loved it. At the end of the bake, the chicken and sauce seemed a little too wet, so I added a short 5 minute broil to dry it up. It helped a bit. Based on the ease to make this, and great taste, I'd make it again.

Delicious and healthy. Made it with soy sauce instead of hot sauce and still good. Good with green beans.
