That was the best jerky I ever had. Amazing flavor. Two changes though. I took half and half Teriyaki and Worchester instead of all soy sauce, which I imagined would taste bland, and I left the smoke flavor out, since I had none. I ate already half of the tray before it was done.

Loved this recipe! I made two batches one with the ground black pepper and the other with the crushed red pepper. Loved the black pepper, but never really got the hot out of the red pepper. My next time I will substitute the red pepper with chipotle black pepper.
