I enjoyed the dish. My bride said too much seasoning. I’ll cook again and adjust a little bit.

I made this for dinner tonight, and it was SO delicious!!! I used thin sliced chicken breasts instead of thighs. I dipped the sides of the chicken in the spices, rolled the chicken, then wrapped in the bacon. I put the brown sugar, salt, and pepper on top. Popped it in the oven for 35 minutes in the cast iron skillet, broiled each side until the bacon looked crispy. Absolutely will make this again and again!!!

Made this for my wife for Valentine's Day. She loved it. I did add some cayenne pepper for more spice. I cooked it in my cast iron pan too.

Chicken turned out pretty solid, but I'd use different spices in the future and maybe add BBQ.

Great flavor & beautiful presentation. Mixed spices w brown sugar for even coverage. Will add cayenne pepper & a little garlic salt for a little extra kick. Cooked bacon separately 'for crispness & discarded grease to cut fat content. Don't overcook bacon or it will not wrap well.

Very delicious, the chicken stayed moist and it was a perfect balance of spicey and sweet

Did a few modifications to suit the Indian palate. Used a bit more chilly powder and Indian spice mix. Used Vonshef Air fryer set at 390F for 30 minutes and 3 minutes at 450F. Came out great.

I overcooked the chicken because my meat thermometer was off but suprisingly the fam still enjoyed it! Definatly will make again but will pay more attention to chicken...I did take it out of its own juices and placed on cookie sheet under broiler. Perhaps I should have left it in its original juices under the broiler 🤔

Excellent! I would add a little cayenne next time to give it a better kick but overall great and easy!

I served this with long grain and wild rice. It was a perfect blend of
Spices. I had thought it would be to spicy, but no. Do not scrimp on
The spices and use all,the brown sugar. I used a cast iron skillet.
Preheat your oven! Yum

i cooked in an air fryer rather than a conventional oven. it was delicious. Cooked at 375 drgrees for about 20 minutes. Bacon was crisp , no broiling necessary and chicken was tender and moist.

Oh my goodness, these were DELICIOUS! Like, my child, who has to be the pickiest eater ever, ate it all gone (made with no spice, of course). They are super simple to make. Will definitely make them again!

very very good main dish. i used large chicken breasts and was able to wrap about 2-3 slices of bacon around each breast (4 breasts in total).
the kids really enjoyed this so i will make again. thanks for the recipe-super simple, super amazing.
