Pretty good. Sauce is a little too wet for the tofu, will decrease the water next time.

I agree with 'Almighty'. Way too much advertising loading constantly slowing the sight down and distracting. Finally gave up trying to print the recipe. Will find one somewhere else.

I wasn't able to find the recipe amongst all the unnecessary babble. Very disappointing.

It was super tasty, the sauce for me turned out a really good thickness & taste. Am definitely going to make this again

i liked it but it was too sweet and by accident i put in too much cornstarch. less sugar is a must.

It was pretty good, maybe use a little more oil but other than that perfect! I’m new to the tofu community so this was really good at making it taste familiar. Thank you for the recipe! Will definitely try again!!

I really like tofu and sweet and sour, so I had high hopes for this recipe, It just didn't work for me. First, the amount of time for drying is really not enough. I was wary, but it really needs to sit for much longer even if you change towels. The moisture made the cornstarch clumpy. Now even if the tofu were drier, the sauce is not well balanced. It's very watery and honestly needs a thickener (more cornstarch?) or to be cooked down a little prior to mixing it in with the peppers and tofu. If you do make this, if either dry the tofu an you or two or let it drain in the fridge overnight or bake out some moisture on low heat. In addition, don't add as much water as suggested.

It was really easy to make and it was really good, I recommend everyone to try it! When i was cooking it it smelled like i was at a Asian restaurant
