- 16 oz. water
- 1 cup frozen fruit (choice, I used ½ raspberries ½ strawberries)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice (I used about 2½ but if you aren't a big fan of lemon you might want to use less)
- ice cubes
- stevia (or sugar to taste, if you want it more sweet than sour, I didn't use any sweetener but I'm someone who likes plain lemon juice in water so it's personal preference)
