It was a little too keychupy for me but after I stirred in the veggies (carrots, onions, green bell pepper & pineapple) like at my favorite chinese restaurant, it toned down a bit.

Just the right balance of the sweetness from the sugar and pineapple juice and the tang of the vinegar.

It was good but too much ketchup for me; ketchup overpowered the other ingredients. I added salt, garlic powder, and more soy sauce.

Turned out well, Made sweet and sour chicken wings. As well as, used it as a dipping sauce for homemade egg rolls.

Simple yet on point. I added just a few drops of Tabasco and about 2 teaspoons of molasses to give it a little more depth. But I swear - after you make this sauce once you'll never buy store brought sweet and sour again - and you'll add pineapple juice to your list of staples...

Very good! This sauce is quick and easy to make. I'll definitely make it again. I added a little freshly grated gingerroot.

It's good, taste like the same sauce made at a local authentic Chinese restaurant!
I think I will add a little red pepper flakes the next time I make this ... I feel it needs just a little heat.

Turned out great ...flavorful however not quite sweet enuff so I added about a 1/4 cup of organic sugar and it was great. I also added 1/2 T of chili paste for slight spice.

It's not a perfect copy, but it's close enough that it would work in most home recipes for things like eggrolls and sweet-and-sour chicken
