I enjoyed it! Next time I’ll make more of the sauce.; needed it for the leftovers next day. I used egg substitute instead of corn starch to thicken it and tomato paste instead of ketchup. Served it over cauliflower rice.

No onions, added broccoli and onion powder, used pre-made sweet and sour sauce this time.

Husband said it was “ok.” I liked it, but would make differently. The pork needs to come into contact with the sauce longer so that it is imbued with the flavor. I subbed broccoli for the bell peppers and used whole eggs instead of yolks; otherwise I followed the recipe.
I was confused by slicing the tomato into 8 pieces. Those are huge pieces unless it’s a cherry tomato. I diced my tomato much smaller.

I made it, without the sweet and sour sauce recipe at the end because I assumed what I sautéed the veggies and finished pork in was the sauce 😂 directions were a bit unclear but delicious turn out!

Tastes really good! My pork just needed a little more flavor so I think I’ll try adding more salt and soy sauce in the marinade next time.😉 Overall, I loved it, my family loved it, everybody did!❤️

Everyone at our house loved this dish! I subbed out the veggies for things I has on hand (celery, red peppers, onions - no tomatoes). I doubled the amount of pork and sauce and rolled the pork In whole eggs instead of just yolk, but followed everything else the same. The sauce had just the right balance of tanginess and sweetness for our family. Even our daughter who rarely eats more than three bites of dinner ate the entire dish. Highly recommended!

Pretty close to Chinese restaurant quality. My ABCJ family loves it. This is going to be added to our regular repertoire of dinner menus. The only adjustment I would make is a little less vinegar and a little more salt. It was a tad sour for my taste.
