- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (grated)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 0.5 kilograms pork leg (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- salt
- ground black pepper
- vegetable oil
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 carrot (large, peeled and chopped)
- 1 green bell pepper (seeded and chopped)
- 4 green onions (minced)
- 1 stalk celery (diced)

Directions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, flour, and corn flour. Add the pork and stir to cover. Marinate overnight.
- The following day, remove the pork from the marinade and shake the excess off.
- In a plate, add a small amount of flour, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix and use it to cover the pork.

Very salty,I would recommend that less soy sauce.
We only marinated for 6 hours, I would recommend 3 hour soak.
