- 1/2 cup cornflour (just a regular tea cup)
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 egg
- salt
- water
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion (small)
- 2 pineapple (fingers or rings of)
- sunflower oil
- sweet and sour sauce
- 3 Tbsp. dark soy
- 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp. tomato ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. tomato puree
- 1 Tbsp. runny honey
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic (grated)
- 1 inch fresh ginger (piece of, grated)
- 1 tsp. rice wine vinegar (or white wine vinegar will work)
