- 20 oz. pineapple (can diced, in pineapple juice, reserve juice)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 tsp. garlic (grated fresh)
- red chili flakes (to taste)
- 1 cup pineapple juice (reserved from the can)
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce (or more to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. water (or enough to make cornstarch into a thick liquid)
