- 1 Orange (use a large cheese grater to cut the rind into big strips)

- 1 cup red onion (finely minced, or sweet yellow onion such as Vidalia)

- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 3 black pepper (grinds)

- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
