- 2 tsp. fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/3 cup toasted pecans (chopped)
- 1 apple (sweet, thinly sliced, I like to use gala or honeycrisp)
- red onion (Thinly sliced rings of, about 2 rings per slider)
- baby spinach leaves (Fresh)
- 12 oz. fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup orange juice (fresh-squeezed, can also use good quality store-bought)
- 1 Tbsp. orange zest
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup

It is surprisingly good! At first you think wow it’s a really sweet flavor for this type of sandwich, but everything goes out so well together, you’re looking forward for every next bite!! Perfect for cranberry sauce leftovers during holidays, it’s a light meal with a subtle Christmas spirit ;)
