Pretty easy to make and really good! It wasn't as spicy as I thought it would be and needed more salt than what I added. I substituted sea bass for salmon. We paired it with broccoli, mushrooms and potatoes and it was actually pretty good. Next time I'm going to coat the fish with more spice and add another jalapeño or use a spicier pepper like a habanero. Serve with a Belgian Triple beer or a semi sweet reisling (if made spicy.)
