Bachelor guy here in a studio apartment. Made this recipe in a toaster oven and it came out great! I left out the cumin as I didn’t have any. Chicken was very moist from the olive oil and the brown sugar formed a delicious crust. Keep your meat thermometer close by as it cooked much quicker than in the recipe.

The chicken was good. I loved the caramelization. I even added some barbecue sauce because my daughter doesn't like cumin. The recipe was great. Everyone was pleased!!!

My family loved this chicken leg recipe, we are a lover of white meat. I had some legs and decided a couple years ago to bake them from this recipe. Evey since thats what I cook. I recommend anyone to try it. I now marinate over nite, and add liquid smoke.

finger lickin' good. i grilled them instead of baking and left the skin on( that's my hubby's favorite part of the chicken). came ot delish.

I thought it was good but missing something maybe it needed more salt to make the other flavors come thru

Made these the other night, would modify by replacing chili powder with Sriracha Sauce, the chili powder overpowered the flavors. Would cut back the cumin as well. Over all a simple recipe for a weeknight. Add some rice and steamed veggies! Overall, not a bad recipe

Enjoyed it, however I would use a little less brown sugar and added some red pepper flakes. It wasn't spicy at all.

So I didn't have chicken legs -- only thighs and followed the recipe to the letter. The marinade was not as much as I thought?! It smelled delicious and fragrant. It could have used more salt definitely

Loved this Marinade! Cooked several times now. Used it with chicken breasts as well. I plan to try it on rib tips in a crock pot!
