    This turned our really good. I followed the directions to the numbers but something was missing when it was done. It was missing that onion factor. So I thinly sliced a large yellow onion. Slicing it thin is important. When the meat was done, drained and juice returned, I layers the onions over the meat while in the crock pot and put the led back on. The onions melt into the meat and it taste AWESOME!
