I tried this recipe and it turned out great however I substituted 1/2 the soy sauce with Braggs Liquid Aminos and since I wanted more vegetables I added 1 cup chopped red pepper, 1 cup chopped green pepper, 1 cup chopped white onion and 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple to the soy mixture and cooked for a few minutes then added the cornstarch mixture to that. The Next time I make this recipe, I will decrease the 1/2 cup soy sauce and add tomato paste since I thought the flavor was too strong and the color too dark.

Sauce was great! I used coconut flour instead of regular flour and it was dusty (which was my fault) so next time I’ll try my good old trusty spelt flour. Will definitely make it again!
