This has become my go to recipe for salmon. It is so good! The longer you soak the plank, the better. I put it on a oven pan and cover with water in the morning. I may crush a clove of garlic sometimes too add to the topping mix. YUM!

It was good. In stead of grilling it though, I baked it in a parchment paper pouch at 360° and added pinaple.

Didn't have a cedar plank, but used foil. Quite yum. The boys said this recipe is a keeper.
