Was a bit balsamic for me. Added Agave to neutralize the saltiness. 3 of 6 likes the sweeter version. Me too!

This is by far the most amazing jam I’ve ever made! I did throw a dash of cinnamon in it though and next one I may substitute maple syrup for sugar but it’s awesome!

LOVED THIS!! And so did everyone else! Only thing I would do next time is add a little more brown sugar. It tasted more like a balsamic glaze rather than a jam. I paired this with fried goat cheese balls (recipe on Yummly). All in all, still an AMAZING recipe and wonderful appetizer!

I can not recommend this highly enough. Took some time, makes only about a pint and a half but, oh my! We made burgers with this jam, an over easy egg and a piece of sharp cheddar...and we didn't need to eat for days!
