- 2 chicken breasts (large, cubed into medium chunks)
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar (organic)
- 1 pinch salt (+ pepper)
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour (organic)
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
- 6 Tbsp. cornstarch (Plus 2 Tbsps for sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger (finely)
- 3 Tbsp. sesame seeds (garnish, optional)
- 2 broccoli (medium, heads, chopped + cooked, See Notes)
- green onions (scallion, optional)
- 4 cups cooked rice (Use your own personal favorite; I used Sushi rice)
