- 1 cup mango (diced, or sub canned pineapple if mangoes are out of season)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup (Dark Amber)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (or sub liquid aminos)
- 1 Tbsp. ground flax
- 1 tsp. minced ginger (fresh)
- 1/3 cup pistachios (shelled and coarsely chopped)
