I loved this. The ingredients are simple but the flavors are unexpected, complex, and bright. It is pretty tart, which I liked, but it may not suit everyone.

Steamed sweet potatoes may actually be better than roasted ones. The recipe calls for a lot of butter so I have some leftover but it’s good and I’ll use it up on toast

good way to get a lot of sweet potatoes into your system at once..... sauce was a little tart for me
