Better than expected! I added garlic with my onions to carmelize them, added two different yams to roast and added some balsamic vinegar the last few minutes tossing everything together. Was fantastic! A definite winner and will make again!

I over cooked the sweet potatoes a bit, but the flavor for such a simple recipe was 5 stars!

This dish is REALLY good! Her advice on eating leftovers with a fried egg in the morning is spot on. Love it! Added some extra seasoning and viola!

5 Stars since its so easy to make and versatile. I added a sprinkle of sweet and spicy paprika and cumin powder and even “I don’t like kale”-hubby enjoyed it a lot

Delicious! I cooked the caramelized onions with butter instead of olive oil. I also added chicken and served over quinoa.
