I really liked this!! I used 1 bag veggie ground beef, 1 bag of frozen carrots and peas, 1 can of lentils, 1 medium onion and a teaspoon each of rosemary, thyme, and garlic powder. I used 3 smaller sweet potatoes that I steamed in my instant pot for 8 minutes. When I mashed the potatoes I added a bit of butter and salt and then topped with parmesan cheese. I broiled it for closer to 10 minutes I would say- it was brown and bubbly. I think the only thing off was the salt- I added the recipe recommended amount and it wasn't enough.

Love this recipe. I have made it a couple of times already. I used white potatoes this time instead. It turned out great.

It was really good. I’m not much of a cook and it came out real good! It’s easy and so delicious and filling!

This came out delicious. I made regular mashed potatoes for on top and used peas because I didn’t have corn. We eat it with sour cream which makes it perfect.

Great result big thumbs up from my very fussy husband! I used stock instead of water and a tin of white beans and a tin of lentils instead of the protein in recipe. I also chopped fresh rosemary and thyme and cooked them in rather than removing them and steamed some fresh corn and popped it in along with some broccoli stalk.

Excellent ! I used a frozen peas and carrot mix and added salt and pepper throughout. Would make again.

It’s was delicious! I will absolutely make this again. I used dried rosemary since it’s what I had on hand, next time I will go with the fresh!

Very tasty! I think I should have used more carrots than reccomended and peas and corn.

Great flavor and texture balance. I did go heavy on garlic and extra seasoning. And added some butter to the potato while smashing. Will definitely make this again.

Added quite a bit of seasonings to the filling and kept the corn separate as its own layer between “meat” and potato. Added were: rosemary, chipotle powder, onion powder, garlic powder, miso paste, soy sauce, and poultry seasoning.
