- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 head red cabbage (sliced)
- 1 granny smith apples (cubed)
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. flat-leaf parsley
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
