- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

- 1 lb. broccoli florets (small, ; cut from thick stalks)
- 3/4 cup peanuts (roasted unsalted, ; chopped – garnish, optional)
- 1 lime (; wedged into 6 pieces – garnish, optional)
- Sriracha sauce (to taste – garnish, optional)

Very tasty, and easy to make. Next time I’ll reduce the amount of noodles though, they absorbed too much of the sauce so it turned out a bit too dry. Still very yummy though
