- 1 cup white onion (diced)
- 14 oz. canned tuna (flaked with a fork to separate)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard (I used Kroger Horseradish Mustard because it's Paleo)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 cucumber (large, sliced)
- 1 red pepper (sliced)
- 1 orange pepper (sliced)
- 4 small tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 handful broccoli slaw (I got mine at Trader Joes)
- 4 hard boiled eggs (sliced)
- 1 handful pomegranate seeds
