- 2 lb. sweet potatoes (peeled and cubed, about 6 cups)
- 1 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup peanuts (chopped, or walnuts, toasted if desired)
- 1/2 cup raisins

Directions
- In 4-quart saucepot, cover potatoes with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 8 minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain and cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise with brown sugar. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
