- 1/4 cup warm water (between 100 to 110 degrees)

- 2 cups bread flour
- 4 cups all purpose flour (plus ½ cup for dusting board)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp. canela
- 1 1/2 cups water (reserved sweet potato)
