I’ve made these several times, usually without the sauce. They are always a big hit. Great as a side or the main on a vegetarian night. Good for guests, or easy weekday if you have leftovers quinoa and frozen sweet potato chunks.

I didn’t have blackberries so I used half strawberries and half blueberries. Everything else was per the recipe. It was good and will be making again. Thanks!

Very tasty, pretty easy to make. Healthy which we liked. Would make again. Made exactly as directed. Too much salsa though maybe cut in half next time
