- 1 batch marshmallows (batch of whipped, see below)
- 60 grams icing (2¼ oz/½ cup pure, confectioners’ sugar, sifted)
- 60 grams cornflour (2¼ oz/½ cup cornstarch)
- 1 Tbsp. glucose (liquid)
- 450 grams caster sugar (1 lb/2 cups superfine sugar)
