4 stars for simplicity and ease of following the written instructions.
This recipe took about 2 and a half of large sweet potatoes for me. The one alternative I made was added 1 tsp of lemon extract. The caramelized potatoes helps to bring out the true flavor and color of the potatoes. Using the blender helps with breaking down all of the fibers and removes all the strings to give a smooth consistency of all of the ingredients flavor.
Pie is cooling now. Will update my review for flavor and consistency once we taste.
