    It was missing a spice.
    Needed a little more sugar but otherwise it was super!

    The pie turned out great. Instead of boiling the potatoes I baked them to retain their natural flavor.

    Very good result. Added 2 more Tbsp of butter and one more egg.
    The pie was very good. The recipe was simple and very easy to make.

    Didn't have evaporated milk so I used regular milk. It was a success.

    This pie came out great. I used 4 large sweet potatoes. I didn't weigh them bcuz who does that right. Since I added more than a pound of potatoes I compensated and change the nutmeg to a 1/2 TBS and the cinnamon to a 1/2 TBS. I also put 1 and a 1/2 tsp of vanilla. Great recipe and starting point

    It was not what I expected. It wasn’t sweet enough and it was too buttery. I could taste more potato than anything else, which is not what you want in a dessert. I will try a different recipe next time.
