Great! Easy & delicious. Brown sugar not needed, as the sweet potatoes are plenty sweet enough. Made enough for 4 people.

Didn’t have to change anything. For two people it’s breakfast for two days at least at this house.

Great taste! Kids ate them straight from the pan without any toppings. Mixture was a bit too runny so I added a bit extra flour.
