- 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
- 1 zucchini (large, diced)
- 2 carrots (diced)
- 1 rib of celery (diced)
- 2 tsp. seasoning (garlic, I used FlavorGod's Garlic Lovers Seasoning)
- 2 garlic (gloves, minced)
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
- sea salt
- pepper
- olive oil cooking spray
