- 1 tsp. mellow miso (light/)
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- 1 canned chipotle
- 1 tsp. adobo
- 1 clove garlic (finely grated with a rasp/microplane)
- sea salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 medium sweet potatoes (roughly 1 ⅓ lbs/600 grams, peeled)
- 1 cup frozen shelled edamame
- 1 fresh basil (healthy sprig, finely sliced, approximately ¼ cup sliced basil)
- 1 handful sprouts (that you like, I used broccoli sprouts)
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds (toasted)
