Okay, but I added a few more spices to the mix, including garlic powder and a smoky spice blend. Easy to make and tasty, but I would recommend the chef add more spices beyond what the original recipe calls for.

Great breakfast choice. I altered this a bit, used a red pepper instead of green, added garlic and did not use paprika. Served it with 2 poached eggs. I really enjoyed the flavors and textures. Sweet potatoes are healthier than regular potatoes and I try to incorporate healthier options in my diet. This dish makes a nice Sunday breakfast and would make a great dinner with a side salad. Easy to make too.
