This is really great! I would say a 9 out of 10! Although it states not to use low fat coconut milk I did and it was still fantastic! Other than that I followed the directions and it was super quick and easy!

Really good, simple dish. Taste and smells like Jerk Chicken with curry rice from the Jamaican spot.

Very good. Used butternut squash instead of sweet potato. Had some heat to the dish but was not a scorcher. Very good would mKe this again for the vegan in the family.
