- 3/8 cup almond (/rice/hemp/cow milk, start with lesser amount and if you need to thin your batter add more)
- 1/2 cup sweet potato (pureed cooked)
- 1 tsp. honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. canela (add more or less to taste)
- 1 dash nutmeg (just a dash!)
- 1 dash salt
- 6 pieces bread (you can add more nutrition here by making your own bread, or for a lower carb version you can use a paleo bread recipe, or if you are short on time--like I was--use what you have!)
