Delicious! They were much more squishy than a regular burger, but maybe I didn't cook them properly. Used coconut flour instead.

I enjoyed this alot. I'll make it again soon. I didn't have coriander so I added chili powder. It had a bit of heat which I liked.

Unbelievable. My son’s girlfriend helped and it was delish! Yes refrigerator is a must. Flavors worked well together.

I added a little tarragon. These disappeared without complaints. I'm so glad I ventured out of my comfort zone and tried this recipe

It needs a lot of adjustments but its a great starter recipe. Im sticking to this one !

I have yet to find a homemade veggie burger that I actually liked, and this one absolutely knocked it out of the park! Good flavor and did not turn out mushy!

easy to put together but need patience to cook the patties thoroughly. quite tasty with a little bite to them.

Very tasty but more like formed mashed potatoes. I will try again.
I did refrigerate first but still very soft. Maple tahini was delicious, will definitely make that again!!

This is my favorite falafel patty, baked sweet potato adds a wonderful soft texture.

I replaced panko with cornstarch, I think in general it helps with the bonding.

I could not get the burgers to stay together. Maybe someone has some tips on this but they just fall apart when I make them. I tried adding egg the second time I made them and it helped a bit, but they still fell apart.
