    delicious! My cupcakes were so moist! I also didn't add that much frosting to them because I felt that was way too much!

    I've never had a better cupcake. I substitute the butter for applesauce and they are absolutely perfect! I've made this recipe a few times and they're always a hit.

    OMGoodness! Super sweet/yummy/easy! I Often cook a bunch of sweet potato to have ready to add to recipes, this is one I will always make with any extra SP! Not doing the frosting- we still have some chocolate left over from a batch last week.
