My sweet potatoes got way too soft. I should have reduced the boiling time. I also ended up with a lot of liquid in the casserole, which I poured out. Maybe because I used frozen cranberries? My 4 year old and 7 month old liked it. It was okay for my husband and I but too mushy. Flavour was ok, I wouldn’t make it again.
