I am new to totally clean eating so this recipe will take some getting used to. I didn't have almonds on hand to make almond flour so I substituted chickpea flour instead. It lowers the caloric count to 138 cals per cookie. Chickpea flour is not almond flour so the taste is a bit different. I will definitely make them again as the recipe is called for.
