- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (mini or regular nondairy)
- 1/2 sea salt (scant teaspoon)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 baking soda (scant teaspoon)
- 1 sweet potato (loosely packed cup peeled, cooked, and cooled, see note)
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar (or other unrefined sugar, see note)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cashew butter (scant cup raw, or almond butter)
- 1/4 sea salt (rounded teaspoon)
- 5 Tbsp. nondairy milk (see tip)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
