- 1 broccolini (bundle, 227 g, large stems removed, chopped)
- 2 kale (big handfuls, larger stems removed)
- 1/4 tsp. salt (each, + pepper)
- 15 oz. chickpeas (drained, rinsed + patted dry)
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 3/4 tsp. chili powder
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt (each, + pepper)
- 1/2 tsp. oregano (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric (optional)
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 4 Tbsp. hot water (to thin)

sweet potatoes need more cook time/need to be chunked before roasting. otherwise tasty

it was a hit! so good and fresh. next time i will probably double the amount of sauce since it just didn't feel like enough in the recipe

I will definitely make this again! It’s so delicious and so pretty! By my standards, it’s a tad labor intensive, but well worth it!

Turned out amazing. Very little preparation and very easily done. The chickpeas are my favorite part about this dish.

Delicious! I used spinach instead of kale and did not use oil and it turned out really great.

This is a great recipe-delicious, healthy, and many ingredients can be substituted for other veggies you have on hand!
