- 1 lb. ground chicken (uncooked, preferably pastured)
- 2 cups sweet potato (raw, not cooked, finely grated, I used a wide cheese grated like this or you can use your food processor)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (+ 1 tsp for greasing the baking sheet)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour (I recommend this brand)
- 3 sprigs green onion (chopped fine)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. paprika powder (not AIP but adds a kick!, optional)

Great 😋 swopped coconut oil for olivd as didn’t have any. Feels and tastes good. Will def be making more again soon

These are sooooo good! Addicting! I ate them ALL, and I’m not one for always reheating leftovers. I made some guacamole for topping them with. Will make again and again and again. Great for taking to work and reheating in the microwave. Delicious!
