- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground all-spice
- 1 sweet potato (large)
- 2/3 cup greek yogurt (Vanilla)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter (softened)
- 4 oz. cream cheese (or half of a brick of, softened)
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
- 2 gala apples (sliced thin)
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions
- Prepare your sweet potato by dicing and boiling it until it is fork tender. Mash the sweet potato and reserve one cup.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease your pan.
- In a large mixing bowl of a stand mixer combine the whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, molasses, brown sugar, granulated sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, all spice, sweet potato, greek yogurt, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, eggs, and salt.
