- 1/4 cup soy creamer (or non-dairy milk)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp. canela
- 1/4 cup vegan margarine (replacing with apple sauce may work for a low-fat version)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/3 cup unbleached white flour
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
