    Instead of the pecan topping we made the salted caramel and pretzel topping variant. It turned out magnificently. As much a dessert as vegetable. It is on the list for a repeat

    Really good. The orange juice added a nice flavor. I didn’t use as much butter in the sweet potato mixture..about 3 T instead of 5. Also I increased the cinnamon in the topping. I will make this again.
